Piotr Fieńko – Service Engineer
Before joining Stone Automation in 2022, Piotr built an extensive engineering career working as a top level mechanical and electrical engineer for a variety of businesses and manufacturers across Europe. He has experience working on all the stone processing machinery brands and has a deep understanding of their technology and software.
Every week Piotr visits Donatoni customers all over the UK & Ireland with Nico, and works with the wider Stone Automation team on everything related to Donatoni machine installation and servicing.
Though Piotr is at his happiest when installing and setting up a brand new Donatoni for a customer, he does enjoy working with the operators and customer teams. Showing them how their machine works, training them on the Donatoni software and helping them achieve greater efficiency at annual maintenance and service visits.
Having used every stone processing machine in the industry, Piotr Fieńko agrees that Donatoni machinery is really user-friendly and finds training operatives a quick process because it is so easy to understand.
